EH Photography & Design

1. Retention & Creative License

EH Photography & Design retains the copyright to all images created during your session. Upon final payment, the Client is granted a personal-use license to print and share images. Any commercial use or entry into contests requires prior written consent.

2. Session Deposits & Cancellations

• Retainer: A non-refundable retainer is required to secure your date.
• Rescheduling: We understand life happens! Please provide at least 48 hours' notice to reschedule. One reschedule is permitted per retainer; subsequent changes may require a new booking fee.
• Weather: For outdoor sessions (Families/Seniors), the Photographer reserves the right to reschedule due to unsafe or poor lighting conditions.

3. Specialization: Families & Seniors

We strive to capture authentic moments. For Family sessions, the Photographer is not responsible for the lack of cooperation from children or pets, though every effort will be made to capture quality images. For Senior sessions, the Client is responsible for bringing any specific outfits or props discussed during the planning phase.

4. Image Styling & Editing

The Client has chosen EH Photography & Design based on the artistic style shown in the Portfolio.

• Editing: Standard editing includes color correction and light retouching.
• Raw Files: To maintain the integrity of our brand, RAW or unedited files will not be delivered under any circumstances.

5. Delivery Timelines

Final edited galleries are typically delivered via Pixieset within 2–3 weeks of the session date. During peak seasons (Fall/Graduation), this may extend to 4 weeks.

6. Model Release

Unless otherwise discussed, the Client grants EH Photography & Design permission to use images from the session for marketing, portfolio display, and social media.
